This Privacy Policy applies to everyone that submit there personal or business contact information's.

This policy describes the ways we collect, store, use and protect your personal information. You accepted this policy when you signed up for our Service. We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. When you visit the YvesArt website, we collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.

If you order, subscribe to or news letter or submit a registration form for a workshop, we collect the following types of information from you:

  • Contact information - your name, address, phone, email, Skype ID and other similar information.
  • Financial information - the bank account numbers and credit card numbers that you use is only collected by PayPal and link to your PayPal account when you place an order.

we only collect your contact information about you for the sole purposes of completing your order or send you confirmation or news letter subscription.

To process your credit card payments, we use PayPal. we only keep your contact information and do not share it with anyone. 

If you are buying goods or services and pay through PayPal, we may provide third party manufacturer with the shipping address to complete your transaction and ship the item to your. The third party are not allowed to use this information for any other purpose then shipping the goods to you.

We work with PayPal to accept payments from you using your credit card. In doing so, PayPal may share information about you with us, such as your email or mailing address, when you pay for your order. We use this information to confirm to that the payment was made for your purchase.

Regardless, we do not have access to your credit card information, we will not disclose your personnel contact information to anyone other then the one describe in this policy.

How we share personal information with other parties

We may share your personal contact information with:

  • Members of our corporate family (these are companies () to complete your , provide joint services and for other business purposes. However, these corporate affiliates will not use this information to market their services.
  • Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations; (manufacturer owned by third party or bill collection services). Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.

YvesArt will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of doing business and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.
